Legal basis and purpose of processing personal data
Personal data is processed in order to:

Sources of Data
Personal data is collected from users when they use the web service or provide data directly (opt-in).
Data sharing and transfers of data outside the EU or the EEA
Data is not regularly shared with third parties except in certain circumstances when it is necessary for the functionality of the web service (for example payments and logistics). Olini Oy may also share personal data to third parties when sharing is required by valid legislation, for example, when responding to requests from law enforcement or other governmental authorities.
Olini Oy use service providers around the world and it is possible that data is stored outside the EU or the EEA. Olini Oy have ensured that these service providers protect privacy rights and do not use the data for their own purposes or distribute the data further.
Olini Oy is utilising encryption methods (for example SSL) to protect personal data. All data systems are also protected with different technological safety measures. Only the employees of Olini Oy or individuals who work for Olini Oy can access personal data.

The right to access information and the right of inspection

Right to erasure (the right to be forgotten)
The data subject has the right to request for the Registrar to erase data concerning him or her without undue delay. This right is also known as the right to be forgotten.
